Two-Piece Coach Windshields, Identified and Ordered
Motorhome glass is not car glass in a bigger size. The windshields are often two-piece, frequently curved to a shape unique to one coach builder, and rarely sitting on a shelf anywhere. Getting one is usually an ordering exercise before it is a fitting one.
Why RV Glass Is Its Own Job
A Class A windshield can be split into two large halves set in a gasket, with a centre divider between them. The panels are heavy, awkward and expensive, and the vehicle rarely fits in a standard bay. Tell us the coach make, model and year and we will work out what the glass actually is before anything is ordered.
Coming to the Coach
Most motorhomes are easier to work on where they are parked than driven to a shop, and many are not comfortable to drive with a badly cracked windshield anyway. We cover a 30-mile radius from the Spokane Valley shop, and if you are outside it, call — we make exceptions where we can.
Side, Door and Coach Windows
Beyond the windshield there are entry door glass, driver and passenger side glass and the coach windows down the body, which are a different construction again. Tell us which one is broken and roughly how big it is when you call.

Repair Before Replacing
If the chip is smaller than a quarter, the crack runs under about three inches and it sits outside the driver's line of sight, a resin repair is faster and cheaper.

Do you keep RV windshields in stock?
Almost nobody does. Motorhome glass is specific to the coach builder and often to a small run of model years, so it is normally ordered. Call with the make, model and year and we will identify the right panel first.
Can you replace it where the motorhome is parked?
Usually, and it is often the better option — a coach with a badly cracked windshield is not pleasant to drive. We cover a 30-mile radius from the Spokane Valley shop and make exceptions beyond it where we can.
My RV windshield is in two pieces. Do both have to be replaced?
Not necessarily. Two-piece windshields can often be done one side at a time, though the gasket and seal are usually renewed as part of the work. We will tell you what your coach needs.
Will insurance cover motorhome glass?
RV glass is normally a comprehensive claim like any other vehicle glass, though coverage varies more between policies. We bill your carrier directly where the policy allows.
